Nadine Champion – 10 Seconds of Courage Live Talk and Q&A

Thursday 19 November 2020
1:30pm-2:30pm

“The only thing you can ever control in response to a hard situation is your reaction, your thinking.” – Nadine Champion

Nadine Champion is an inspiring international keynote speaker, author and martial arts gold medallist and Sensei (teacher). She is a thought leader on courage, facing change and resilience. Nadine’s authenticity shines through with her life changing 10 Seconds of Courage message – a powerful call to action challenging her audience to “change their thinking” in order to succeed. Her delivery is humorous, educational and touching in equal measure.

Nadine has dedicated thirty years of her life to studying martial arts and strengthening the mind. With a Gold Medal at the World Cup of Martial Arts and an undefeated Title holding record in the ring, she embodies the competitive edge. Nadine has a unique insight into high performance delivery under pressure and the importance of keeping a sense of humour.

A Black Belt student of real life martial arts Master & World Champion Benny “The Jet” Urquidez, Nadine’s passion is telling colourful stories of her Sensei’s Yoda-like wisdom and how it can be applied both professionally and personally to overcome any obstacle. Having herself successfully faced some of life’s biggest challenges such as cancer (Hodgkin’s Lymphoma), she is an authority on facing your fears and negotiating difficult change.

In this not to be missed live talk, Nadine will share her central principle of the 10 Seconds of Courage message, that action must be combined with knowledge. Nadine lives the concepts she is devoted to sharing with others, so they can move forward from allowing fear to create missed opportunities in their personal and professional lives. Time for questions with Nadine will also be available.

Nadine is an inspiring speaker with a truly inspiring story. This free live session is not to be missed.

This is an online event as part of the 2020 City of Melton Lifelong Learning Festival. Please RSVP via this website for access.
